Team Leader - Voice ( Customer Service)
Candidate should possess Any Graduate in any discipline
BPO Experience Mandatory with Strong Knowledge in Operations
Minimum 2 Years of work experience in BPO Experience must
Should be proficient with MS office esp. Excel
Experience in Team Handling/ people management
Willing to work for 24x7 / 6 days working with 1 day rotational offs.
Strong supervisory skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Hindi Language will be added advantage
