Candidates should be comfortable to work in 24*7 Shifts(rotational shifts)
Candidates should have good communication skills
Candidates should be open to work in customer service profile
Salary is Negotiable
Performance based incentives
Candidate should be able to speak in Hindi and English both(Or english speaking candidate should understand Hindi)
This process deals into end to end airline operation
Handling customer Care related issues, Reservations, Web site support, Bulk bookings, Notification, Rebooking,Credit card verification and Queues Management
Supporting email management for all corporate and travel agent queries.
Handling inbound queries of the passengers
