Job Description:
Technical Support Engineer
Respond to client queries via inbound calls, emails, chat and web tickets within defined SLAs.
MDM Tool - Enrollment/De-enrollment, Add/remove Users & Devices, Pushing Applications/updates &
Managing Rules, Mobile Setup (IOS and Android devices).
How to Reset (IOS and Android devices).
Troubleshooting on WIFI issues.
Synch Issues: (Email, calendar and contact).
Business application.
Carriers: Number porting, Activating Roaming, Activation of New SIM.
Hotspot: How to setup the personal hotspot, MIFI Device configuration.
Monitor the Service request and incident problem reported directly by the end-users.
Follow up with the dispatched problems to ensure proper and quick closure.
Communicate with the end-users and keep them informed of the progress.
Responds to telephone calls, email, instant messages, and assigned tickets from users; Assign work
orders / incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up until closure.
