Associate Business Support
Candidates should possess Diploma/PG/ Graduate
Process orders error free and within the TAT Target given
Maximize submission orders for same day and w/o any error
Take up frequent training and should be self-motivated to update their knowledge for all product
Interact with the Partner, Branch and Product team to get the necessary details required to
process the order and in the process to build rapport
Respond to partner�s query � on time
Load the order on vendor and updating the VSO # and order status to the partner
Complete adherence to all set processes and procedure as per Ingram�s Policies
Working knowledge on MS Excel & Powerpoint.
Good communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills and aptitude.
