Engineer
Stress Analysis - Design Engineer /
Sr.DE
1-3 years
of experience in Aero structures Analysis.
Good
understanding of aircraft structures is must.
Should have
worked on Component level stress analysis for metallic materials / composite
materials using hand calculations / FEM.
Should have
worked on any of the commercial softwares (Nastran, Patran, Hypermesh).
Should have
the experience in aero stress analysis from NAL / HAL / ADA. Exposure to
Airbus/Boeing/Bombardier/ programs would be an added advantage.
Should be a
team player, should be able to execute the assigned task independently
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills is essential.
Qualification:
B.Tech / M.Tech
Stress Analysis - Lead / Manager
4-10 Years
of Experience.
Static and
Non linear Analysis of Aircraft structures, linear Analysis involved in the
analysis of structures using a broad range of standard hand and computer
methods (eg. Nastran and Patran).
Candidate
should possess minimum of 4+ years of experience in Aerostructures Analysis
having worked on Component level stress analysis for metallic materials /
composite materials (Static and Non linear Analysis) using hand calculations /
FEM. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential. Exposure to
Airbus/Boeing programs would be an added advantage.
An
understanding of aircraft structures and/or other lightweight structures,
should be able to rapidly and confidently assess structural problems under
pressure and to provide the appropriate direction and guidance to team members.
Ensure that solutions are technically integrated across the whole project.
Signatory Level or capability to gain within 6 months.

Catia V5 - Design Engineer
1 to 2
years of experience in Aerospace Design using Catia V5
Should have
expertise in GD & T
Should have
good drawing reading skills
Qualification:
B.Tech / M.Tech
Catia V5 - Aero Structures Lead
5 to 10
years of experience in Aerospace Design (Primary and secondary structures) using Catia
V5
Should able
to handle and lead the team of 5 to 6
Expertise
in aerospace fundamentals, Materials, Fasteners, Manufacturing and providing
optimized design solutions for aero structures (from preliminary design to
critical design)
Catia 3D
parametric modeling, MBD, detailing , Assembly and installation drawings
Enovia
VPM/LCA
Should have
expertise in GD & T
Good in
Metallic and Composites structures
Knowledge
in composite work bench (CPD / Fibre SIM) in Catia is an added advantage
Qualification:
B.Tech / M.Tech
Pro-E SDE / Lead
4 to 6
Years of experience in Product Design, Sheet metal design with good
understanding of basic design activities
Must have
excellent hands-on experience in Pro E, preferably more than 3 years (modules
sheet metal, Skeleton modelling, part modelling, assembly, drafting and BOM
creation)
Should be
able to take up design tasks independently and guide the junior team members
Should have
good exposure to ASME drafting standards and GD&T
Should have
excellent knowledge in manufacturing & product engineering processes
Excellent
communication and written skills in English
Should
possess good reading skills of installation, assembly and complex drawings
