guides, online help, release notes for software.
Coordinate
the entire documentation teams work.
Plan for
documentation improvement on a continuous basis.
Develop
team members / management skills.
Reviews the
work done by the team members.
R & D/
learning new tool versions and exploring new domain.
Timely
Reporting to the reporting manager.
Education:
Graduate in
any discipline (preferable in English language).
A
certificate in copy writing / journalism / professional communication (writing)
is preferable but not essential.
Good at
written and spoken English.
Skills:
Flair for
writing.
Good in
written communication, and verbal communication.
Learning
curve.
Good
knowledge of the User documentation process. DDLC (documentation Development
Life cycle) knowledge.
MS office
experience. Proficient in MS Word.
