Job Description:
Company Secretary Trainee
Maintain statutory and contractual obligations and any other company affairs.
Compliance relevant to the Group companies and ensuring, by the most appropriate means, that
those obligations are met.
Coordinating and communicating with the office of Registrar of Companies and Ministry of Corporate
Affairs.
Preparing timely basis, circulating, documentation in relation to Board meeting, shareholder
meetings, Annual General meetings and ensuring the smooth running of such meetings.
Ensuring that statutory records are maintained for each entities.
Drafting minutes and legal documentation regarding the transfer of, the granting of rights.
Support Compliance program, monitor, coordinates compliance activities, Forum sites, Plants,
Commercial offices and to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and identify
trends.
Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested.
Drafting & vetting of Legal Agreements Customer / Lease / Others.
Maintenance of database of legal contracts, summary & check lists for contracts.
Correspondence legal / statutory.
