Customer Support Associate
Attending Customer Calls with proper telephone etiquettes.
Understanding customer requirements and placing the correct order.
Up selling new product items to customers.
Accurately feeding orders in software used.
Skills:
Good communication skills in both English & Hindi.
Computer literate.
Residence location in and around Noida and Ghaziabad.
Part Time Shift - 6.30pm to 11:30pm.
Salary would be 6k in hand.
