Hindi Typist/Technician-B
Hindi Typist: 4 Posts
Graduation in Arts/Science/Commerce/Management/ Computer Applications with
First Class as declared by the University The candidates should have studied Hindi as one of the
subjects at Matriculation/ Degree level OR passed either of these examinations in Hindi medium
Hindi Typewriting speed @ 25 w.p.m. on computer
Technician-B-Electrical- 1 Post
SSLC/SSC pass + ITI/ NTC/NAC in Electrical Trade
ISRO Recruitment 2017 Age Limit:
Hindi Typist: 26 years as on 21.07.2017 (31 years in case of SC candidates)
Technician-B: 35 years as on 21.07.2017
ISRO Recruitment 2017 Selection Process:
Skill Test Methodology: (For Hindi Translator)
Skill Test in Hindi Typing @ 25 w.p.m. Those who secure minimum 50% marks each in both
objective and descriptive type questions in the written test will be considered for short-listing for
Skill Test. In case, sufficient number of SC candidates are not available for filling-up the vacancies
reserved for these categories, relaxation will be extended to candidates belonging to the respective
category, to make good the short-fall. Skill Test will be purely on �go-no-go� basis and marks
obtained in the skill test shall not be considered for selection. For the skill test, candidates have to
type 250 words in Hindi using Computer in 10 minutes. A maximum of 5% mistakes are allowed. The
final selection, shall be based on the scores obtained in the written test for the candidates who
have qualified in the Skill Test. The final selection will be done amongst qualified candidates purely
based on the scores obtained in the written test. From amongst the candidates who qualify in the
skill test, empanelment shall be done in the order of marks obtained in the written test, depending
upon the number of vacancies notified.
For Technician-B
Skill Test will be purely on �go-no-go� basis and marks obtained in the skill test shall not
benconsidered for selection. The Skill Test shall be evaluated on a 100 points scale with minimum
60% for qualification.The final selection, shall be based on the scores obtained in the written test
for the candidates who have qualified in the Skill Test. The final selection will be done amongst
qualified candidates purely based on the scores obtained in the written test. From amongst the
candidates who qualify in the skill test, empanelment shall be done in the order of marks obtained in
the written test, depending upon the number of vacancies notified.

downloading from 30.06.2017 and 21.07.2017.The candidates who fulfill the above eligibility criteria
