HR Operations

Qualifications:

2012/ 2013 graduates with a Masters Degree

Preference will be given to those with a Masters degree in HR from premier institutes such as FMS, IIMs, XLRI, Symbiosis, TISS, MDI etc.

Expected Behaviors and Skills:

Demonstrates initiative and commitment

Is open to learning

Is energetic and has good communication skills

Has the ability to work through changing requirements in a high paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders� expectations

Good data analytics and MS Excel skills

Note:
