Handling a team of 13 resources & 5 branches (Andheri, Mulund, Vashi, Thane & Boriveli)

Should be competent to be able to develop and manage relationships with team members.

Proactively innovate to increase the sales

Travelling in assigned branches, cover at least one branch per week.

Ready to take challenges.

Achieving weekly/fortnight/monthly team targets

Interacting with potential customers and addressing telephonic queries.

Maintaining the database of generated leads.

Preparing daily activity reports and MIS of teams

Must have excellent oral & written communication skills in English

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Should be from outbound sales background

Should have atleast 3-4 years of experience in team handling

Open to travel across branches
