Job Description

Health Check of RSA envision, D-Serve, Local collectors, Remote collectors and the different sites.

Running the scheduled reports

Distribution of the scheduled reports

Monitoring the Real time Alerts in the event explorer

Reporting the real time alerts and raising the incident with respective teams.

Monitoring the dashboards

Escalating any high severity alert mentioned in the List of Alerts to level 2 for investigation.

Generate tickets on the ticketing system in case any incident is noticed

Desired Profile:

Good communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Basic knowledge in OS, system and Networking.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.
