ourcing,intial screening & interviewing candidates through various sources like Jo.b Portals,Social Networking, Head hunting, Employee referrals, Campus placement

Generating Offer Letter.

Handling on-boarding process /guiding new joinee .

Closing open positions within defined TAT.

Will be responsible for recruiting candidates at junior level.

Maintain recruitment tracker/MIS.

Desired Profile:   

Fresh Graduates candidates.

Candidates with zeal to excel in HR department within Financial Industry.

Pleasing personality with good communication & interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of the financial industry would be an advantage.
