Team Lead/Technical Lead
Candidates should possess B.Com/B.E/B.Tech/MBA/M.Com in any discipline
Should have 5.6+ years of Total IT experience, 3-4 years of SFDC experience
Should be certified in Dev 401 (501 certification is a plus)
Good hands on experience in SFDC Configuration/Customization, SFDC Administration, Apex/VF Development
Should have worked on SFDC integration projects
Good technical knowledge of EIA, APIs and Web Services/SOA
Exposure to Dot Net and/or Java for more than 3+ years if complete exp is not in SFDC
Should be able to lead the team technically and provide solutions at architect level to the customers.
Should be able to review technical documentation related to integration and data migration requirements
Should be able to maintains high quality and on-time delivery of committed work products
Exposure to Informatica on demand, Cloud MDM and other AppExchange apps is a plus.
Communication skill should be good (written and verbal)
