Junior Sales Officer

Effective redressal of all customer queries and/or complaints by providing solutions/ escalating issues - Cross Sell new product and service opportunities.

Providing feedback to the team leaders about product / process and contribute to the improvement.

The incumbent would be responsible for handling customer queries and providing information as per defined standards.

Generating leads and passing them to concerned department.

Ability to generate ideas which can help him / her and the team to achieve the targets assigned.

Drive and Passion for results - Good in comprehension.

Ability to engage with people with service orientation.
