Job Description
The Sr. Marketing
Manager is Icertis executive responsible for achieving our ambitious
goals in the Enterprise market segments for our Cloud Office 365,
Windows Azure services and solutions. This position is responsible for
the development and implementation of the corporate marketing strategic
plan, and the development and attainment of specific marketing goals
relative to advances in market share, demand creation and generation,
advertising and campaigns, pre-sales and sales support, partnering and
alliances, product/services offerings mix, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
This position will lead and drive all of the Companys initiatives in
the marketing department, including Marketing Operations, Branding,
Public Relations, Media, Pre-Sales and Sales Management Support,
Customer Service, New Account Acquisition, Business Development,
Partnership Marketing, Strategic Relationships, Commercial and Retail
Marketing. This position will manage the corporate marketing departments
which is also responsible for internal as well as external
communication.
Desired Profile
Must show proven past
performance aligning with the sales organization and building customer
and employee facing marketing collateral for digital as well as
conventional media
Expertise in event marketing from larger trade shows to smaller, targeted events
Website optimization including SEO online tracking and analytics and other traffic driving programs.
An in-depth understanding of brand architecture and brand management disciplines
Track record of thriving in fast paced and cross-functional business
environments, and of over-delivering against stretch targets
Experience with sales and marketing budgets, P&L, and forecasting required
Excellent analytical skills, with great attention to detail
Ability to work effectively across functions, with minimal direction (self-starter)
Outstanding verbal and written skills, with the ability to present
data and conclusions in an organized, concise manner at all levels
throughout company
Must be comfortable within a high-paced, competitive environment
Strong business person who thinks about issues from a business
perspective; brings strong business and financial acumen to the role and
uses this to complement his/her functional depth
Preferred
Knowledge and keen interest in Cloud Computing technologies (such as Office 365, Windows Azure) and related industry trends
Knowledge of Microsoft tools and technologies, partner model and ecosystem
Various enterprise cloud adoption trends in markets such as USA, UK and India
