Job Description
Onboarding Coordinator
Onboarding Coordinator takes care of the documentation formalities of a
new joiner on his day of joining (Day 1).
Onboarding team ensures that the complete documentaion essential for
background checks of the new employee, the candidate's assimilation in to the
organization and his/her first day in IBM is smooth. A well-planned
introduction helps new employees become fully operational quickly and is often
intergrated with a new company and environment.
1) Ensure logistics are ready - Onboarding presentation, videos,
mandatory forms , welcome kit etc.
2) Orientation of new joiners about the company, brief them about the
Onboarding forms and procedures.
3) Verification of mandatory documents
4) Schedule the various touch point sessions to new joiners such as Royal
Ble Ambassador session, Resource Capacity Manager session etc.
Required:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 1 year experience in Onboarding
At least 1 year experience in Presentation skills,
At least 1 year experience in Reporting & Analytical
