Independently manage the hiring lifecycle viz from sourcing to closure.

Partner with business to understand requirements

Interlock with search partners to help download relevant information regarding assignment at hand

Aim at closing positions within agreed timelines, quality and cost

Ensuring positive compliance results at all times during the assignment.

Contribute to creating an organizational image, which would help attract and recruit the best talent in the industry
