Technical Support Associate

It is a mix of Software & Hardware trouble Shooting , where in Software trouble shooting is dominant.

It will also entail, checking the system, if the access card is active in the system.

It will involve troubleshooting with Control by checking wiring, voltages,Integration with an Intrusion panels and Video products etc

To help Security Dealers/Installers on Honeywell Access systems and related peripherals in troubleshooting, programming,wiring etc and ensure customer delight

Qualifications

Graduate, Engineering Degree/Diploma preferred.

Customer Service Experience Excellent Communication Skills .

Excellent Team Player and Excellent Technical Skills and or Logical Bent of mind.
