Job Description
HR Ops Specialist-HR Admin
The scope
of this responsibility covers India HR Administration activities
Interact
with support teams, Vendors and HRG's to resolve issues & inquiries
Ensure on
time processing of employee requests (Payroll Input, Awards, Letter Requests,
Personal File Management, Employment Verification, Leave Requests)
Facilitate
the pre and post on-boarding process: Induction
Investigate
and resolve issues and inquiries received from Employees / Managers / HRGs /
COEs
Tier 1
issues and inquiries resolution
Escalation
of issues that could not be resolved at Tier 1 to the SME/TL of the team. Use
the escalation Matrix to quickly and efficiently escalate issue
Skills / Qualifications :
Excellent
verbal and written communication and listening skills
Be
assertive and able to address people in a large gathering
Co-ordinate
with leadership team for the induction sessions
Good
exposure to MS Office tools
Time
Management
Exposure to
PeopleSoft (Job / Comp & Ben � Pages) preferred
0 - 2 years
of work experience
Graduation
in any stream (10+2+3)
