Recruitment Executive
Candidates should possess Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Human Sources related focus is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Recruiting.
This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels.
As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to corporate needs,
employee goodwill, and the public image.
A customer services focus is imperative.
Effective verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Possess strong organizational skills necessary - with demonstrated ability to detail.
Ability to balance a broad range of projects and be able to prioritize appropriately.
Must be a self-starter who can work independently and have meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and adapt in a highly dynamic environment.
Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
