Process Associate
Should have completed BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university
Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics
Graduates of 2016 & 2017 passed outs also can apply.
Must have good Communication skills.
Must have good Attitude
Must have good computer awareness
Should be flexible to work in US timing(Only Drop Facility is Available).
Should have good knowledge in Denials Managements/RCM.
Must have preferable work experience from any international Voice Process
Will offer Fixed Sal + Night Shift allowance + Travel Allowance
Should be a computer Tech Savvy.
Should have working knowledge of MS-Office.
Must have good customer relationship knowledgeable & manageable skills
Should also have proficient knowledge in Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP
configuration options.
Candidate should have good analytical and problem solving skills.
Should have good troubleshooting and problem skills.
Should be able to work in rotational shifts.
Should be involved in Providing Voice & E-Mail Technical Help Desk Services support to IBM Internal
End
Users and External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA & AP
