Job Description:
Training Manager: Service Learning
Candidates should possess B.E/B.Tech in any recognized university
3-6 years minimum in Industry preferably having Field Service / Training exposure.
Impart theory & practical training as per the content, the target program and the participants.
Ensure the pace of the training is maintained.
Quickly help a candidate if faced with any hurdles or has any question with low impact on the pace of the entire training session.
Ensure that the candidates are not lagging behind in completing their job / activity.
Assist in evaluating the candidates on pre & post training.
Assist in development of new modules / programs, initiatives and admin work for the Learning Centre.
Assist in service publication material development activity.
