Software Developer
Overall 2 to 5 years of IT Industry experience with at least two years of relevant industry experience.
Strong ITSM Process understanding for Change and Release management functions. Knowledgeable on Problem Management.
Strong Service Management knowledge. ITIL Foundation Certificate as a minimum. Preferred: ITIL
Practioners certification by recognized bodies (ISEB/EXIN).
Should have basic level knowledge on multiple IT related technologies.
Process Tool(s) : Understanding or knowledge of tools supporting the process ( such as OVSC, OVSD, SM 7) preferred.
Ability to effectively interact with people at all levels worldwide. Fluent English language skills.
Good communicator in both spoken / written English including explaining technical concepts in non-
technical client facing language.
Good presentation and customer facing skills preferred.
Ability to work effectively in diverse, foreign, and multi-cultural environments.
Manages end to end Change requests (from planning stage to implementation and review).
Sticks to agreed deadlines for deliverables.
