Mobile Device Management
Candidates should possess B.E/B.Tech/BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to lead and
direct technical discussions between teams and customers.
Presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
A SME with 3+ years� experience in Mobility Services
Hands on experience with large scale Mobility implementations across multiples platforms including iOS, Android, Windows, Blackberry
Provide technical solutions and recommendations to customer issues and requests as required
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, Wireless and Mobile Networks
Quality control, customer standard definition, and process design.
Excellent problem solving and technical abilities
