Customer Support Engineer
Candidate should possess Graduates in any discipline.
Preferably BE,B Tech, BCA equivalent
Technical Knowledge on Networking, Hardware preferred
Strong communication Skills in English(written and verbal both, preferably ICSE/CBSE pass outs)
Providing excellent customer service support to customers during every single interaction
Resolving technical issues (hardware and software) from incoming internal or external businesses
and end user's contacts for HP product (Laptops, Desktops, Printer etc)
Assisting end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrences
Work in 24x7 environment, supporting customers worldwide(AMS, EMEA, APJ)
