Work with the HBS Data Steward Team which provides control and governance of the quality of customer data that is entered into our systems. It is the responsibility of this team to maintain existing customer data & ensure that our customer accounts are created in database with updated information – avoiding duplication of records.
Responsibilities:
Creation/Management of customer accounts, handling duplications in SAP/SFDC
Research & Validation of HBS Customers
CRM Reporting and Analytics
Creating leads for customers and assigning them to respective Sale Leaders
Qualifications:
Graduate, with minimum 1 -2 years experience in database environment. Candidate is expected to support working in US timings. He/she will be expected to
Have strong Microsoft Office product skills
Be familiar with enterprise management systems (SFDC, SAP) - preferred
Have good Analytical skills
Use creative approach leading to improvement of existing pricing, processes, and tools
