Note: Those who have undergone training once in Company under this scheme are not eligible to
apply, against our future requirement under this scheme.

Stipend:
SSLC Trainee: Rs.6000/-, Rs.6500/- & Rs.7000/- for the Ist, IInd & IIIrd year
Trade Apprentice: Rs.6750/- p.m.
Technical Apprentice(B.E/B.Tech): Rs.7500/- p.m.
Technical Apprentice(Diploma): Rs.5000/- p.m.
Posting: Selected candidates will be initially posted at HLL LIFECARE- KANAGALA � 591 225,
BELAGAVI, KARNATAKA. However they will be transferred from one place to another either in
existence or that would come into existence. The training will be for a period of 3 years only (T & D
Scheme) which could be reduced at the discretion of the Company without notice and without
assigning any reason what so ever.
