Senior Associate
Candidate should possess Minimum Graduation in any stream is mandatory
Experience: Insurance experience preferable
Processing & Servicing of policy documents .
Ensuring accuracy in processing.
Coordination with Underwriters and Branch Operations.
Manage client request, Servicing request within defined SLA's
Adherence to the IRDA Norms and company policies.
Processing Unit Linked instructions as per guidelines
Refunds processing and dispatch
Maintenance of all requisite processing records, files and registers.
Assist in internal audit and ensure actionable's are complied with within committed timelines.
Ensure adherence to reconciliation process.
Compliance with financial and process controls.
