Responsibilities
Managing
end-to-end recruitment - from sourcing to final onboarding
Maintaining
Recruitment MIS.
Assistant
in other HR activities such as - adherence to process, employee engagement etc.
Other
operational activities.
Candidate
will be on a 1 year contract, which can be renewed basis performance.
Requirements:
Must have
completed full time graduation.
Good
communication skills.
Should be
adept at Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Should be
good at co-ordination and taking follow-ups.
Prior
experience in recruitment/sourcing would be an added advantage.
