Job Description:
Application Developer
Responsible for Project Planning and Management.
Analyze bugs / errors raised by users / operations & if required, improvement as per the
requirements.
Follow up for the delivery & roll out the solution to live at the earliest.
Responsible for testing and implementation.
Co-ordination with project stakeholders, IT support teams and vendors for requirement
understanding.
Responsible for requirement gathering and documentation for lending domain across all functions
e.g. operations, risk, collections, finance etc.
Responsible for initiating and successfully implementing the project plan accordingly
Key Skills
Graduate/Postgraduate in Computers/IT.
2 -4 yrs of relevant experience.
Good communication and pleasing personality.
High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm.
Candidate Profile
Understanding of SDLC process
Understanding of software usage, terms and database structure
Knowledge and hands on SQL queries, functions, procedures etc.
Knowledge of different type of testing with analytical skills (application, functional, automation)
Good communication skills for cross-functional co-ordination
Good writing skills for business / user requirement document
Eye for details to analyze all around impact of any new software product
Knowledge of lending domain will be an advantage
