You need to be prepared in all these areas as our experts will evaluate you for these skills during the selection process. The Candidate has to undergo a 9 month residential Young Engineers Program training program : 6 Months of Classroom (1Month Technical Foundation + 5 Months Track Specific Training) 3 Months of On the Job Training (OJT) with a Stipend of Rs.5000 per month in OJT On successful completion of the Young Engineers Program candidate will get : Employment as �Associate Graduate Engineer Trainee� Starting Salary � CTC of 2 Lacs per annum.
