Job Description
Senior Analyst
Have to
come with thorough knowledge in KYC policies and procedures
Must be
strong in communication
Must have
the capability to take quick decision
Must guide
and upscale 2 eye in all areas in short time
Key
responsibility of 4-eyes is to check the work done by the 2-eyes
They would
be performing all the activities described for 2-Eye
In
addition, they would be performing the following:
Identify training
needs of the Analysts (2-eyes)
Drive
improvements and give feedback to the Analysts (2-eyes)
Do metric
gap analysis and define action plans
Raise red
flags timely when process quality does not meet SLA and may lead to client
escalations
Involve in
client calls, meetings, reviews and visits as requested by AM / Manager /
Senior Manager / other designated officer
Observe
individual transactions or monitor to find out best practices and improvement
opportunities
Support
Training team by identifying areas of training
Raise
quality awareness through formal and informal trainings on various aspects
Conduct
training and coaching sessions for agents / new hires, on process and quality
parameters
We require
candidate with 1 to 3yrs of above experience.
Immediate
