International Inbound Calls.
*Resolve
customer queries within the assigned TAT.
*Adhere to
the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels.
*Develop
strong customer relationships and provide paramount service.
*Acertain
customer needs and take action in a timely manner.
*Perceptive
and intuitive nature with the ability to solve problem.
Desired Candidate Profile:
-Candidates
with minimum 6months of International BPO experience
-Freshers
can also apply.
-Excellent
communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

-Comfortable
working in shifts
-Flexible
and adaptable to changing demands

knowledge with Windows and MS office functionalities
