Key Responsibilities :

Management.

excellence (Tpm /ISO ).
1. Cost
Management: Improve the Operational efficiency of line. Conduct Time &
Motion Study. Analyze the data of delays due to breakdown, Material, etc.
Monitor the scrap/waste management
2. Quality
: Responsible for the Quality of products. Monitor the Rejection & Rework
levels of the products. Introduce & Implement new Quality initiatives.
3. Process
/ Productivity Improvements : Responsible for increasing Productivity through
Process improvement changes. Studying the processes & identifying the
bottlenecks & resolving the same.Implementation of Kaizen & such
quality initiatives.
4. Maintain
of WIP stocks for working capital.
5. BAAN-Work
on BAAN operation.
6. ISO -
Maintain & upkeep of ISO documentation.
7. Initiate
& follow TPM activities.
8. To
percolate and motivate to team KAIZEN culture
9. Ensure
safe working environment ? ZERO accident goal by identifying and eliminating
hazards.
10. TPM
Implementation in the Department
11. Mock up
for Apo products and maintain records of same .
12. Feeding
material to paintshop on time and in full ( no shortfalls )
