Front Office Executive
To ensure patient satisfaction.
Ensure completion of IPR Form for patient.
Provide Initial Patient Record (IPR Form) to the patient to capture details of registration.
Updating patient details from IPR into MHS.
Ensure generation of UHID no. and OP registration number.
Ensure generation of UHID no, registration card for patient.
Create OP consultation form and OP consultation file for patient.
Guide the patient to billing / respective doctors secretary.
