Recruitment Executive Candidate should be a Graduate or post graduate in any discipline.
Should have min 2 to 5 years of experience into recruitment
End to end recruitment for volume level hiring.
Ensuring work is done with in Integrity and compliance. guidelines.
Prepare and share day end reports on excel.
Training and upskilling team on effectively using Job Portals to drive efficiency
Understanding of every Indent from Business as the indent comes in and become an expert to drive
sourcing in the right direction.
Check on the hiring process and highlight any deviations from the company policy
Excellent relationship & Customer management skills
Ability to deliver under pressure
Ability to Highlight Risk accounts on time with appropriate data points.
Maintaining quality of hire
Excellent communication skills
