Associate Analyst

Excellent Communications Skills

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Good command over spoken English.
Basic Computer literacy
Day Shifts.
Attending customer queries over the phone and providing solutions.
Resolving matters in the best interest of both the customer and the company.
Previous experience in Customer service profile will be an added advantage.
Candidate Profile
Any Graduate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative problem-solving and analysis skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to complete a large volume of work quickly.
Very comfortable with navigating and using the Internet.
Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude.

Shift : 7:30 am � 4:30 pm & 4:30 pm � 1:30 am
CTC/Annual Salary- 1.92 Lakhs Per Annum + Free Pick and drop, Free Meals & Snacks.
