Job Description:
Support Voice Process
Support Digital Marketing & Media, global social media where there is a need for moderation,
listening, engagement, reporting, and analysis
its a voice process catering to service request related to technical and troubleshooting.
Strong in depth knowledge of desktops and well familiar with troubleshooting issues with Desktops
with main focus on Processors and Motherboards
Provide moderation services across all key global social channels Insights social + product listening
troubleshooting of different versions of windows desktop operating systems and Linux OS
Experience in trouble shooting all hardware as well as connected software.
Social Media
This is a servicing center process and hence candidates are expected to speak to customers and
provide service assistance within a specified time along with displaying true customer centricity.
Candidates should be a graduate in any stream
Excellent Communication Skills
Desired candidates should be time flexible along with being ready to work in a competitive and
challenging environment.
Should have a computer knowledge
Flexible with Shift Timings
Candidate with Diploma and MCA and Mtech not eligible
