Job Description Customer Service Associate
Would be part of the customer services team handling emails & letters from Credit Card holders.
Making Outbound callbacks to customers to seek query related information or to provide resolution.
Needs to ensure all Customer Services Complaints & Queries are resolved as per the TAT defined.
Responsible for achieving the Correspondence targets on a daily basis like Productivity, Cross sell,
retention, First call resolution along-with ensuring high quality of service with zero unscheduled
leaves/ absenteeism.
Candidate Profile
Candidate should possess any degree from a recognised university.
Strong Communication skills.
Computer skills (MS Office).
Working in teams.
Pro active approach.
Proficient in English and Hindi.
