Assist in special research projects as and when required
Support the Team Lead in list building and email marketing campaigns
Process management and compliance
Consistently meet delivery targets and SLAs at defined Quality Standards
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Web Research / Web Mining
Fast learner
