Job Description:
Non-Voice Process
Enter patient demos if patient is not already listed in the Application using Scanned Reports.
If scan is not clear, need to follow-up with the supervisor/ client.
Need to verify patient address (if needed Google Search).
Key the charges with Claim Info, Patient Info, Provider Info and Insurance Info, from Registration
Documents/ Face Sheets.
Knowledge on CPT, ICD & Modifiers.
Bill Payor or Patient wherever applicable (in case of Self Pay).
Deliver Daily target for Demos & Charge Entry (CPT wise or Account wise).
Good understanding and knowledge of Demo & Charge Entry.
Skills:
Hands-on knowledge on Demos, Charge Entry, Payment Posting , Insurance Verification and basic
Coding a must.
1+ Year in Healthcare Industry.
Good problem solving skills.
Good English Communication and typing 45 wpm(Numerical & Verbal) with 95% accuracy.
