Technical skills: * Experience in developing ecommerce websites a must. With Os commerce / Magento a plus. * Strong knowledge of PHP with OOP a must. * Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS a must. * Strong knowledge of database design and query writing a must (MySQL). * Experience in latest PHP technologies a must (ex: Zend). * Experience in Ajax Frameworks like Jquery / mootools / ExtJS is a must. * RIA / Web 2.0 development skills a must. * Knowledge of Dreamweaver a plus. * Strong knowledge of database design and query writing a must (mySQL). * Knowledge of infrastructure configuration a must (linux, PHP, Apache, MySql). * Knowledge of Payment Gateway integration / Web services a plus. Soft skills:

Desired Profile/Qualification:
1) Expertise in PHP and programming in object oriented PHP
2) Quick learner and adapts to new technologies easily
3) Very good problem solving and analytical skills
4) Experience working with MySQL, can write queries and has knowledge about indexes and performance
5) Exp in server-side development with PHP & MySQL
6) Sound understanding of web applications and concepts like http protocol, sessions, forms, mime types etc.
7) Exp in LAMP, Java Script, Ajax, CSS, XHTML, DHTML, XML, JSON, Web-Services, PHP, MySQL
8) Exp in Javascript frameworks, JQuery, embeds/widgets & cross-site interaction
9) At least 3 projects experience a must.
