Call Monitoring/ QA Process
Should be Customer Service Centric, Excellent English Verbal Communication Skills
QA/Call monitoring experience would be preffered
Working knowledge of Computers, Professional writing etiquettes and ability to work with a Team.
Should have zeal to learn and perform as per stringent targets.
Passion for customer services

Flexibility to work in US shifts
Intermediate / Graduate in any discipline (BE, B Tech's and MCA Freshers need not apply)
