Fraud Specialist, Fraud Prevention
Handle lost
and stolen calls for PLCC/ DC.
Handle
Fraud Detection calls for PLCC/DC.
Evaluate
accounts & Block/Unblock to prevent fraud.
Handle
Customer queries on inbound calls and evaluate information on fraud/non fraud
accounts.
Calling out
(as and when required) to prevent fraud.
Work on
potential fraudulent application & approve/decline them basis verification
done.
Requirements:
Graduate in
any discipline.
Freshers
with no experience.
Working
knowledge of computers.
Excellent
Verbal and written communication Skills.
Good
analytical abilities Work multiple tasks/Queues/clients Uses initiatives and
resources to achieve tasks.
