Conceptual design by analysis of various aircraft engine components for next generation engines including Structural, Thermal, Dynamic (modal & cyclic symmetry) analyses using ANSYS software. Validate designs using hand calculations/ spreadsheet calculations using theoretical formulations. 2D modeling using Unigraphics software to cater to product development process . Perform iterative analyses having stringent delivery schedules. Evolve spreadsheet/ FE Analysis methodology independently and validate with hand calculations/theoretical formulations. Proficiency in using MS Excel Spreadsheet formulae and macros. Proficiency in developing automation processes using spreadsheets/ APDL. Proficiency in application of ANSYS, Unigraphics software .
