Associate � Customer Service
Candidate should possess Any Graduate in any discipline
Fresher or with Experience of 1-2 yrs
Disciplined, Good communication skills, Soft spoken, should have good query resolution and
negotiation skills, Team player, multitasking, basic computer & MS Office knowledge.
Responsible for acting as the point of contact for the escalation of repeat/unresolved situations
and/or related issues to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
Function as point of contact for designated high profile situations and complicated issues.
Handle escalated matters from corporate management on customer related issues.
Explain various lease programs, terms and conditions, purchase options, etc.
Analyze issues, determine root cause and take steps to improve processes to assure that future
issues of the same nature do not reoccur.
Identify training/coaching needs within Customer Care and participate in design and implementation
of improvement processes.
Develop and maintain reporting tools including tracking and resolution of customer issues.
