Demonstrable evidence of Successful Project Management.
Demonstrable experience technical analysis and architecture review
A proven track record in Software Project Delivery Models (Waterfall, Agile, etc)
End to end experience of the project lifecycle
Proven experience interacting directly with end users.

Manual Testers
Experience in software testing including: Windows/Internet UI and some Unix and Informatica

Experience with manual Testing
Knowledge of automated testing
Experience writing simple SQL queries for database verification
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, Visio
Candidates must have skill in working with software development life cycle, testing methodology, and/or the QA process.
Ability to create test conditions and test cases from the requirements or from the production defect description/resolution
Experience with defect tracking tools
Candidates must have a moderate knowledge of data mapping.
QTP Testers
Ability to work 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. U.S. hours (Eastern Standard Time)
Ability to work overtime to meet production and project schedules
Must work from the Pune, India office - there will be no working remotely for the position
Willingness and skills to support a monthly production process (Third Party Administrator process – “TPA”) operationally
Intermediate to advanced HP QTP skills (versions 8.2, 9.5, and 10)
In-depth knowledge of Automation framework and object repository
Ability to create and modify QTP objects and scripts
Intermediate to advanced VB Scripting skills and experience
3+ years hands-on QTP and VB scripting experience creating and enhancing scripts
In-depth understanding of the SDLC and the ability to follow it
Demonstrated ability to make QTP script enhancements and fixes
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Good temperament to work directly with business users and IT staff members
