Should be good in AS3.0, MXML.

Understanding and experience in RIA Framework

Data Access using flex eg: HTTP Services components, Remote Object components and Web services components.

load data using text-based formats such as XML, JSON, or SOAP.

Knowledge on Java, consuming Web services

Knowledge in creating data bound transactions using Flex

Knowledge of Oracle EBS, OAF, Oracle Forms is a plus
