IT Operations Analyst
Candidates should be from B.E/B.Tech any recognized university.
Responsible for the Oracle Database administration support
Co-ordinates with customers / other teams / vendors in issues resolution
Installation, configuration and decommission of Oracle DBs on various platforms.
Basic performance tuning skills
Adherence to Database Security
Exposure to Oracle Enterprise Monitoring tools
Process adherence, process improvements and knowledge management
Handle Global database projects
Incidents/Tickets queue management and adhering Service Level Agreements
Provide Oncall support
